At Purple Diamond Testing Services we provide professional services in our Innovation Center. We offer product reliability testing, environmental stress testing, dynamics testing (shock & vibration), compression testing and material analysis. By evaluating a product in the prototype stage we can help to ensure a finished products reliability, increase the quality and reduce costs.

Our Innovation Center offers comprehensive testing facilities to help ensure that your products make it into the marketplace in a timely  fashion. We can perform existing testing protocols or help our customers develop the appropriate procedures to evaluate their products.

Medical Device Validation & Testing
Medical device packaging validation is generally done in compliance to ISO guidelines.  Medical device manufacturers are required to test and validate packaging used with their product. ISO 11607 guidelines are used to help ensure proper packaging validation.

Environmental Testing
Products and packages are typically exposed to various degrees of temperatures and percent of relative humidity.  We can simulate these conditions in our laboratory to ensure that products and packages are design properly to survive and perform as intended.
